First, check your internet connection. Then try these two things:
- Open the Windows command prompt and type this: "netsh winsock reset" (without the quotation marks). Then restart the computer, and hopefully it will connect.
- The Windows firewall might be configured to include or exclude certain programs. Go to the Windows Control Panel, choose 'System and Security', and then choose 'Windows Firewall'. Select 'Allow a program through' and select WolfQuest from the list.
- If you have a custom firewall software, see if you can add WolfQuest-Win to its list of applications to allow through.
