If you input an incorrect birthdate -- one that indicates you are under age 13 but actually are older -- you will still have to provide verified parental/adult consent before we can unlock Online Features on your account. We cannot (legally nor technically) change your birthdate after it's been input on your computer.
After completing that process and registering your account, you will not have text chat enabled in public games. We can unlock that if you email us with proof of age (ID with name and age, birthdate, or grade).
